2.54mm Pitch Pin Headers (.100″) spacing between rows is 2.54mm, available in single/1 row, dual/2 rows, triple/3 rows, and quad/4 rows.
These connectors offer various contact configurations, ranging from 1×2 ~ 1×40, 2×2 ~ 2×40, 3×2 ~ 3×40, to 4×2 ~ 4×40, available in both SMT and through-hole mounting options, with right-angle and vertical mounting orientations. The insulators are made from high-quality, UL 94V-0 approved materials, ensuring reliable performance across a broad temperature range from -40°C to +105°C. They are suitable for the reflow soldering process, withstanding temperatures of 230°C for 30-60 seconds (260°C for 5-10 seconds) and are crafted using durable PA6T or LCP materials. The insulation resistance is at least 500 mΩ, ensuring excellent electrical performance. The pins, made from a copper alloy, have a square shape and are available in sizes of 0.4mm and 0.46mm.
