1mm Pitch Pin Header Connector available in 1×1 ~ 1×40 and 2×2 ~ 2×40 Contacts for the single and dual row male connector; We use high-quality Copper Alloy as the material of Contacts, Standard current rating is 1 AMP; The insulator is made of UL approved Thermoplastic (UL 94V-0), insulation resistance is 500 mΩ Min, wide temperature operating range from -40°C to +105°C, can be used in a varied different circumstance.

The standard header Connector has only one insulator, Elevated 1mm Pin Header has dual insulator stacked, to provide a solution of 2 pieces PCB stacking parallelly or vertically, also known as board spacer, available in 1.0mm Pitch Connector Series;
Besides the normal “Thru-Hole” technology – Contacts enter through the holes drilled on the PCB, Surface Mount Technology (SMT/SMD) can significant improving the speed of the soldering process, the pin header with optional pick-up cap, which can be picked up and placed automatically; It has great advantages on speeding up the auto-assembly, doesn’t need to insert the pins to the holes of PCB and soldered manually. PA6T Material for SMT Header Connector, Reflow Soldering, 230°C for 30-60 second, (260°C for 5-10 second), suitable for high temp process.
